  Waddow Hall is owned and operated by the Guide Association, It is situated on the banks of the river Ribble in 178 acres of woodland and parkland. It provides an ideal setting for groups to get away from the day to day pressures and interruptions of work to hold that important day, evening or midweek residential conference or meeting.
 Facilities include a purpose built extension with 3 training rooms, the largest one accommodates 60 plus delegates, and a conference organisers' office. In addition there are several other meeting rooms for between 5 and 30 delegates in the original Tudor House which retains its original character and charm whilst being furnished and equipped for the need of today's visitor.
The residential capacity is 29 if all delegates are using single rooms. Up to 60 can be accommodated if all the beds in the twin and shared rooms are used. All en-suite,
tea/coffee facilities. There is easy access for those with disabilities, 2 adapted bedrooms, stair lift to first floor bedrooms and conference rooms. Dining rooms seats 66, variety of menus are available, and the home cooked meals can be planned and timed to meet your requirements, varying diets can be catered for, given advanced notice.

Outdoor activities are:-
Archery, Grass sledging, Mountain biking, Putting, Boules, Bouldering wall, Canoeing, Orienteering, fishing on the river are all available by arrangement.
