 PARK A MOOR (O.S. 303 925)2 camp sites, situated in the heart of the Lake District on the east shore of Lake Coniston. The upper site can accommodate 4 patrols plus Leaders, Lower site accommodates up to 6 patrols. Own toilets should be provided, but there is water from the beck. This is a good area for hill walking and rock climbing, there is free access to Lake Coniston from the road for canoeing. |
