T.W. Helme Memorial Activity Centre and Campsite

Littledale Camp Site is south of the village Brookhouse, 8 miles from Lancaster and 11 miles from Morecambe Bay.  It is set in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
14 acres of pleasantly wooded valley, bounded on the west side by Artle Beck.  To the South are the moorland fells of the Forest of Bowland and to the North the Lune Valley and the River Lune

Camping areas:- (Toilet Block with hot showers)
Main field - ideal for large camps, with a large flat area for team or group activities
Top field, Silverbirch - for group camps.
The Floodplain & Low field - for small troop camps, access to the beck.
The Bowl - undeveloped and used for wide games and bivvys.
Facilities:-The Barn - open sided barn,  for wet weather activities.
Long Panther Lodge - central heated building for 30 people, 6 dorms with bunk beds, some facilities for wheelchairs. Kitchen has gas cooker, fridge/freezer and hot water boiler, crockery and cooking utensils. Activity cabin, suitable for courses.
Archery—Indoor & Outdoor with instructors by arrangement.
Suitable for D. of E. overnight camps.
