St John Ambulance is a charitable organisation concerned with the teaching of First Aid both to Industry and the General public and, through its uniform arm, the practical application of teaching at sporting events and wherever crowds gather.

The uniform branch comprises

·          Badgers  -   children between 6 and 10 years

·          Cadets    -   10 to 18 years

·          Adult branch, comprising Ambulance members and Nursing members,

all of whom perform duties in their own time throughout the County
