Classes start from age 4 up to whatever age ? These are divided into three groups Little Dragons age 4-6 Junior Beginners class from age 6 up to Green belt

High Grade Junior from Green belt up to Junior Black Belt incorporating the junior coaching awards programme and lastly the Adults class where at Blue belt level the adult can embark on learning the modules in First Aid, Health and Safety,Child Protection ,Coaching and Instructing which can lead to a City and Guilds.I like Adults to be on this programme before recieving their Black Belt approx 5-7 years down the line.
