Crusaders

Crusaders is a Christian Organisation which has been working in the community for 100 years.

It is non-denominational and welcomes all children whether Christian or not. It is a national organisation that effectively works in the local community to give children aged 5 upwards through to teenage years the opportunity to have fun in a safe environment whilst sharing the gospel with them. Children are encouraged to develop their social skills and at the same time their own personal development.

All voluntary leaders must be CRB checked.

Crusader meetings are usually held on a weekly basis, in school term time, and meet in a wide ranging variety of venues i.e. school halls or church halls.  Our local St. Annes Crusader Group is supported by a local church, Fylde Christian Service Church in St. Annes.

We meet every Friday night (in school term time) from 6.00-7.15 (Crusader Juniors aged 7-11 years old) and from 7.30-9.00pm (Crusader Seniors 11-14 years old). We meet in the Scout Hall (17th Lytham St Annes Scouts) St Patricks Road North, St Annes.

The Seniors have trips out - we have been ice-skating, ten pin bowling and to the Sandcastle. We have also had weekends away and some of the Crusaders also went camping for a week at the Crusaders campsite.
