  Welcome to the LCVYS LOLLY! the electronic edition of our monthly newsletter.   (Pronounce LCVYS as "Lick Vis" and you'll get a flavour of the sophisticated sense of humour at this end - sad isn't it!).  The aim of the newsletter is to inform members of Voluntary Youth Organisations, primarily but not exclusively, working in Lancashire of current issues relevant to their work.
